The Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre exceeded my expectations! The staff were courteous and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast spread at Mosaic was superb, with a great mix of Indian and continental options. The service from check-in to check-out was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring Pune's attractions, like the historic monuments and nearby hill-stations. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities, such as Grohe fittings and Apotheke products. A highly recommended stay for business travelers or those seeking a comfortable retreat in Pune.
